In this project, the project group adds two components to the data management infrastructure for biocatalytic data, which is based on the standardized data exchange format "EnzymeML". They etablish a workflow environment and apply it to enzymatic reaction data of their experimental collaborators. The demonstation of a functional workflow is pivotal for proving the technical feasibility of ther concept and for convincing the scientific community of the usefulness of FAIR data management. And they store EnzymeML documents on DaRUS. Because EnzymeML documents contain structured and standardized (meta-)data, the metadata of the "EnzymeML Dataverse" entries can be searched by existing Dataverse search tools.
