From 24 to 27 September 2024, the 5th preCICE Workshop will be held together with SimTech at the University of Stuttgart. The workshop is a coming together of the preCICE community to share ideas, experiences and knowledge about using preCICE, and to learn from others in the process.
This time participants have the opportunity to submit a talk or a poster. Whether you are using preCICE for your application, or developing an adapter for a solver, or even writing new methodologies which could potentially be in preCICE, the organizers would love to hear about it in a talk or discuss with you at your poster.
Submissions before May 31 will get notifications of acceptance by mid June to ensure that you can benefit from the early-registration prices. Please note that after submitting your contribution you will still have to register for the preCICE workshop before the deadline. Submitt your contribution here.
The program includes user and developer talks, hands-on training sessions, discussions with the developers about your applications and use cases, and plenty of opportunities for networking.
The workshop will start with a hands-on training course on September 24-25. The course is suited for both beginners and current preCICE users, since advanced topics will also be covered. The main part of the workshop will take place on September 25-27. A detailed program for the workshop will be available soon.
