Research Group Leader Dr. Anneli Guthke has been acting as a Guest Editor for a Special Issue in Frontiers of Earth Science, entitled “Rapid, Reproducible, and Robust Environmental Modeling for Decision Support: Worked Examples and Open-Source Software Tools”. The collection of articles has now been finalized and is published in an Open Access Frontiers e-Book.
Together with her co-editors Jeremy White (Intera, United States), Mike Fienen (USGS, United States) and Catherine Moore (GNS Science, New Zealand), Anneli is impressed by the new insights, workflows and approaches the contributing authors have shared and is confident that this collection will serve scientists and practitioners as a valuable source of inspiration towards open and transparent modelling in (not only) environmental modeling.
