The Stuttgart Clusters of Excellence, SimTech and IntCDC, are inviting their members to a third short 30 minute online lunch meeting as a follow up to the first two meetings on "Job Announcements" and "Active Recruiting".

If you are wondering what you as an employer can offer your perfect candidate with children, an international background, or health issues – join us in our IntCDC and SimTech recruiting Webex-workshop. Experts of the support structure of the University of Stuttgart give you information on

  • what the University of Stuttgart offers to keep research and family happy together (Inken de Wit and Julia König, Service Uni & Family)
  • how to welcome internationals and how to ease the process of hiring (Raphaela Diel, Welcome Center and Katja Jenkner, International Office)
  • how to make sure the combination of life´s challenges and excellent research doesn’t lead to burn out or personal health crises (Max Reinhardt, Health Management)

Each field will be introduced in short-info-“snacks” by the above speakers. After these introductions you have the opportunity to meet the experts in three separate breakout rooms and dive deeper into the topics that interest you most.

Inform yourself about the support structures of your institution for hiring and keeping high potentials!
