Purpose of the data processing and consequences of non-disclosure of personal data

Completion and confirmation of the registration, management of the event. Mandatory details are necessary for the management of the event, without mandatory details registration and thereby participation in the event are not possible.

Art. 6, para. 1 lit. e in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 3 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with § 4 Landesdatenschutzgesetz Baden-Württemberg.

Storage period

Your personal data will be destroyed after the event. However, a copy of the request for payment will be archived by the administration of the University of Stuttgart.

You have the right of access (article 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (article 16 GDPR), to erasure (article 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR), to object (article 21 GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (article 20 GDPR).
