The Stuttgart Clusters of Excellence, SimTech and IntCDC, are inviting their members to a short 30 minute online lunch meeting. The diversity managers, Almut Meyer zu Schwabedissen and Lisa Schöllhammer, will talk about how to address potential candidates in their job announcements. This includes:
- wording
- structure
- templates
- legal aspects.
This short briefing is followed by a second lunch meeting on January 27 on "Active Recruiting".
In this workshop Almut Meyer zu Schwabedissen and Lisa Schöllhammer want to provide general hands-on information and invite to work with them in optimizing announcements and distribution. No pre-registration is required.
