Since 2014, SimTech has been annually awarding the Argyris Visiting Professorship, bringing internationally renowned experts from the field of simulation science to Stuttgart. With this award, SimTech commemorates Professor John Argyris from Stuttgart, one of the most internationally renowned leaders in the field of simulation science, and awards prizes to excellent scientists from Germany and abroad who, like their namesake, are outstanding representatives of their field.
The awardee will be invited to the University of Stuttgart for a research stay of up to three months in 2020. In addition, they can make their scientific work accessible to a broad audience in the public Argyris Lecture.
Nominations can be submitted until May 31, 2020 at the latest, at argyris@simtech.uni-stuttgart.de. More detailed information can be found in the attached PDF.
