Study programme Simulation Technology
At the University of Stuttgart the new bachelor’s programme Simulation Technology was launched in the winter term 2010/11. The regular period of study is six semesters. The language of instruction is German.
In the first two semesters, the study programme provides a wide basic knowledge in the major fields of simulation technology: mathematics, engineering sciences, computer science, and natural sciences.
From the beginning of the third semester on, students develop an individual schedule together with their personal mentors. By visiting additional courses from the field of simulation technology, the students get insight to the connections between the different specialist disciplines.
Since the winter term 2013/14, students can continue their studies after their bachelor's degree with the master's programme in Simulation Technology.
